Learning and Development Centre

It is further proposed that the city initiative includes a Learning and Development Centre, which will provide services that will meet the informational, educational, cultural and recreational needs of the communities within the context of the fourth industrial revolution, through

    • Empowering community members through knowledge,
    • Accessible library, and IT services to the communities
    • Promoting social cohesion amongst community members
    • Providing high level but affordable services to the communities
